Designed by Frank Petruso Architect, the structure yields seven residences. Available on NYC Housing Connect are three units for residents at 130 percent of the area median income (AMI), ranging in eligible income from $85,715 to $187,330.
Amenities include assigned parking spaces, security cameras, and storage. Residences come with washers and dryers, intercoms, and dishwashers. Tenants are responsible for electricity and gas.
At 130 percent of the AMI, there are three two-bedrooms with a monthly rent of $2,500 for incomes ranging from $85,715 to $187,330.
Prospective renters must meet income and household size requirements to apply for these apartments. Applications must be postmarked or submitted online no later than May 8, 2023.
