Permits have been filed for a five-story residential building at 14-27 28th Avenue in Astoria, Queens. Located between 21st Street and Astoria Boulevard, the interior lot is near the Astoria Boulevard subway station, serviced by the N and W trains. Refik Radoncic of Astrosquare LLC is listed as the owner behind the applications.

The proposed 50-foot-tall development will yield 27,104 square feet designated for residential space. The building will have 36 residences, most likely rentals based on the average unit scope of 752 square feet. The concrete-based structure will also have a cellar, 11 open parking spaces, and 13 enclosed parking spaces.

C3D Architecture is listed as the architect of record.

Demolition permits have not been filed yet. An estimated completion date has not been announced.
