Construction will soon wrap up at 49 Mall Drive, a new 178,000-square-foot warehouse in Commack, Long Island. Led by Bristol Group, a San Francisco-based development company, the building features 36-foot ceiling spans, 31 loading docks, and a pair of 12-foot-wide drive-in doors.
The new development occupies a 10.5-acre parcel of land within the Long Island Innovation Park, the second largest industrial center in the United States.
When complete, there will also be a 205-vehicle surface parking lot for employees and 16 trailer parking stalls.
“This strategic area of central Long Island is highly underserved in terms of modern industrial buildings and we’re very excited to deliver the first high-cube warehouse development in the highly sought-after Hauppauge area,” said Dave Williams, managing director of Bristol Group.
The warehouse is expected to open by the end of this month.
