Continental Properties has secured a $49.7 million construction loan to complete a new 169-unit rental development in Livingston, New Jersey. Located at 100 Eisenhower Parkway, the building will top out at four stories and comprise a mix of one-, two-, and three-bedroom units.
All of the units will feature stainless steel appliances, in-unit washer and dryers, and 10-foot ceiling heights. Amenity spaces will include a fitness center and dedicated yoga studio, a coworking lounge, and communal lounge and dining areas. Outside the building, residents will also have access to a swimming pool, fire pits, barbecue grills, and a dog run.
Renderings of the building show a mixed material façade comprised of red brick and gray and tan side paneling. There will also be seasonal landscaping surrounding the outdoor amenity deck.
Truist Bank provided the floating-rate construction loan, and JLL represented the developer in the transaction. The project team has not confirmed when they expect the building to be completed.
