Permits have been filed for a nine-story mixed-use building at 9 Bushwick Avenue in East Williamsburg, Brooklyn. Located between Metropolitan Avenue and Devoe Street, the lot is two blocks of the Graham Avenue subway station, serviced by the L train. The proposed 95-foot-tall development will yield 99,851 square feet, with 92,294 square feet designated for residential space and 7,556 square feet for commercial space. The building will have 136 residences, most likely rentals based on the average unit scope of 678 square feet. The concrete-based structure will also have a 30-foot-long rear yard and 53 enclosed parking spaces.
Kao Hwa Lee Architects is listed as the architect of record.
Demolition permits have not been filed yet. An estimated completion date has not been announced.
