Permits have been filed for a five-story commercial building at 48-37 48th Street in Sunnyside, Queens. Located between 48th Avenue and 50th Avenue, the lot is near the 52nd Street subway station, serviced by the 7 train. Denis Iserovich of East End Capital is listed as the owner behind the applications.
The proposed 94-foot-tall development will yield 220,888 square feet designated for commercial space. The building will have enclosed 225 parking spaces, a lecture hall, and dining facilities. The concrete-based structure will also have a cellar and eight loading berths.
The Gluck Architectural Collaborative is listed as the architect of record.

225 parking spaces is abysmal. The 7 is a few blocks away.
Is it a public garage?
After some research, it will be film/TV studios.
Will they use Building Trades unions to complete this project? I hope so. Too much non union construction going on in this city. It is hurting the members of the building trades unions.
