Permits have been filed for a 10-story mixed-use building at 134-11 Franklin Avenue in Flushing, Queens. Located between Main Street and Saull Street, the lot is near the Main Street subway station, serviced by the 7 train. Cun Chen is listed as the owner behind the applications.

The proposed 119-foot-tall development will yield 44,013 square feet, with 30,636 square feet designated for residential space and 13,376 square feet for community facility space. The building will have 42 residences, most likely condos based on the average unit scope of 1,004 square feet. The concrete-based structure will also have a cellar, a 62-foot-long rear yard, and 32 enclosed parking spaces.

Angelo Ng + Anthony Ng Architects Studio is listed as the architect of record.

Demolition permits were filed in March for the three-story structure on the site. An estimated completion date has not been announced.

  1. These are one type of house that I won’t miss much. The 50s and beyond infill sort of houses are pretty plain and have unsightly front driveways.
