Permits have been filed for a nine-story mixed-use building at 41-40 Kissena Boulevard in Flushing, Queens. Located between Main Street and Sanford Avenue, the lot is near the Main Street subway station, served by the 7 train. Jenny Liao is listed as the owner behind the applications.
The proposed 92-foot-tall development will yield 20,387 square feet, with 13,244 square feet designated for residential space, 3,757 square feet for commercial space, and 3,386 square feet of community facility space. The building will have 20 residences, most likely rentals based on the average unit scope of 662 square feet. The concrete-based structure will also have a cellar, a fifth floor rooftop terrace, and a 20-foot-long rear yard.
Robert Lin of A&T Design Group LLC is listed as the architect of record.
Demolition permits have not been filed for the single-story structure on the site. An estimated completion date has not been announced.
