Permits have been filed for a four-story residential building at 1073 Lafayette Avenue in Bedford Stuyvesant, Brooklyn. Located between Broadway and Malcolm X Boulevard, the lot is one block south of the Kosciuszko Street subway station, serviced by the J train. Donnell Selby of Springrock Property Group is listed as the owner behind the applications.

The proposed 50-foot-tall development will yield 5,000 square feet designated for residential space. The building will have six residences, most likely rentals based on the average unit scope of 833 square feet. The steel-based structure will also have a cellar and a 50-foot-long rear yard.

Stephen Wilder of Think Wilder LLC is listed as the architect of record.

Demolition permits will likely not be needed as the lot is vacant. An estimated completion date has not been announced.
