Designed by S9 Architecture and developed by BFC Partners, the structure yields 376 residences, commercial space, and 57 parking spaces. Available on NYC Housing Connect are 299 units for residents at 30 to 120 percent of the area median income (AMI), ranging in eligible income from $17,006 to $210,120.
Amenities include pet-friendly policies, gymnasium, shared laundry room, recreation room, storage, outdoor areas, and a rooftop terrace. Units come equipped with dishwashers, air conditioning, and hardwood floors. Tenants are responsible for electricity.
At 30 percent of the AMI, there are 37 units with a monthly rent ranging from $410 to $701 for incomes ranging from $17,006 to $52,530.
At 50 percent of the AMI, there are 94 units with a monthly rent ranging from $855 to $1,469 for incomes ranging from $32,263 to $87,550.
At 70 percent of the AMI, there are 129 units with a monthly rent ranging from $1,334 to $2,298 for incomes ranging from $48,686 to $122,570.
At 30 percent of the AMI, there are 39 units with a monthly rent ranging from $1,440 to $2,656 for incomes ranging from $52,320 to $210,120.
Prospective renters must meet income and household size requirements to apply for these apartments. Applications must be postmarked or submitted online no later than January 5, 2023.
