Designed by Zproekt Architecture and developed by Rybak Development and Fouerti Realty, the structure yields 189 residences. Available on NYC Housing Connect are 56 units for residents at 130 percent of the area median income (AMI), ranging in eligible income from $86,400 to $218,010.

Indoor features include a children’s recreation room, fitness center, a coworking lounge, a package room, on-site storage, a bicycle storage room, multiple EV parking spots, pet spa, and a full-time doorman. Tenants are responsible for electricity including stove, hot water, and heat.

    I would be curious as to the arrangement of elevators here. Are there long hallways or are the elevators separate? It is always convenient for residents to have service by two elevators, so when one is being repaired, there is another to use.

    subsidized by nys taxpayers . The gentrification of Coney Island is beginning.
