Permits have been filed for a 14-story mixed-use building at 3059 Valentine Avenue in Bedford Park, The Bronx. Located at the intersection of East 204th Street and Valentine Avenue, the corner lot is two blocks from the Bedford Park Boulevard subway station, serviced by the B and D trains. Rajive Maret is listed as the owner behind the applications.

The proposed 129-foot-tall development will yield 50,852 square feet, with 47,413 square feet designated for residential space, 2,890 square feet for commercial space, and 548 square feet for community facility space. The building will have 65 residences, most likely rentals based on the average unit scope of 729 square feet. The concrete-based structure will also have a cellar but no accessory parking.

Gerald Caliendo Architects is listed as the architect of record.

Demolition permits were filed in December 2022. An estimated completion date has not been announced.

When these buildings are built parking should be in the design. Parking in New York city is hard and pricey.
