Plans have been approved for 84-88 Beacon Avenue, a five-story residential building in Jersey City. The project, spearheaded by GN Management, will combine the sites of several existing structures on Beacon Avenue in the Jersey City Heights neighborhood and yield 24 units in one- to three-bedroom units. The property is located at the corner of Beacon and Oakland Avenues.
Amenities will include a rooftop deck and an attached parking garage.
The timeline for the next steps and the eventual completion of 84-88 Beacon Avenue has not yet been announced. The project site is located steps from the 87, 88, and 119 bus lines and a 14-minute walk northeast of the Journal Square PATH station with trains to Manhattan.
