Amenities include an elevator, gym, and rooftop terrace. Each unit is equipped with a dishwasher, recessed lighting, washers and dryers, and name-brand kitchen countertops, appliances, and finishes. Tenants are responsible for electricity, which includes heat.
At 130 percent of the AMI, there are 11 one-bedrooms with a monthly rent of $3,140 for incomes ranging from $107,658 to $165,230, and five two-bedrooms with a monthly rent of $3,753 for incomes ranging from $128,675 to $198,250.
Prospective renters must meet income and household size requirements to apply for these apartments. Applications must be postmarked or submitted online no later than January 5, 2024.
