The apartments in Encore are designed with floor-to-ceiling windows, vinyl plank flooring, quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, and in-unit washers and dryers. In addition, Encore’s smart home technology package includes keyless entry, central heat and air conditioning, programmable smart thermostats, and high-speed internet connectivity.
Encore is situated just three blocks from New Rochelle’s train station, offering Metro-North and Amtrak service. The tower is also minutes away from the city’s diverse dining and shopping options.
