Permits have been filed for a seven-story residential building at 37 South 3rd Street in South Williamsburg, Brooklyn. Located between Wythe Avenue and Kent Avenue, the lot is near the Marcy Avenue subway station, serviced by the J, M, and Z trains. Harel Edery of EDRE Development is listed as the owner behind the applications.
The proposed 86-foot-tall development will yield 17,988 square feet designated for residential space. The building will have 12 residences, most likely condos based on the average unit scope of 1,499 square feet. The concrete-based structure will also have a cellar, a 30-foot-long rear yard, and seven enclosed parking spaces.
Issac & Stern Architects is listed as the architect of record.
Demolition permits have not yet been filed. An estimated completion date has not been announced.
