The affordable housing lottery has launched for 37-25 32nd Street, a six-story residential building in Long Island City, Queens. Designed by Future Made Architecture and developed by Seagram Properties, the structure yields 15 residences. Available on NYC Housing Connect are seven units for residents at 130 percent of the area median income (AMI), ranging in eligible income from $131,486 to $198,250.

Amenities include a virtual doorman, a shared laundry room, a rooftop terrace, and a parking garage. Each unit includes a dishwasher, air conditioning, and name-brand kitchen appliances, countertops, and finishes. Tenants are responsible for electricity including stove, heat, and hot water.

At 130 percent of the AMI, there are seven two-bedrooms with a monthly rent of $3,835 for incomes ranging from $131,486 to $198,250.

Prospective renters must meet income and household size requirements to apply for these apartments. Applications must be postmarked or submitted online no later than January 29, 2024.
