The affordable housing lottery has launched for 1716 East 54th Street, a three-story residential building in Flatlands, Brooklyn. Designed by Bricolage Designs and developed by Pouyafar Fouad under the 1716 Holding LLC, the structure yields 11 residences. Available on NYC Housing Connect are four units for residents at 130 percent of the area median income (AMI), ranging in eligible income from $123,429 to $198,250.
Amenities include bike storage lockers, a shared laundry room, an accessible entrance, online payment options, security cameras, a backyard, and a rooftop terrace. Residences come with dishwashers, energy-efficient appliances, air conditioning, smart controls for heating and cooling, charging outlets with USB ports, intercoms, and patios or balconies. Tenants are responsible for electricity, which includes electric stove and heat, and gas which includes hot water.
At 130 percent of the AMI, there are four two-bedrooms with a monthly rent of $3,600 for incomes ranging from $123,429 to $198,250.
Prospective renters must meet income and household size requirements to apply for these apartments. Applications must be postmarked or submitted online no later than March 14, 2024.

That floor got stoned. I’d take that any day over orange wood or some something with a ten year trend life like all the grey stuff that gets put in everywhere. Walking on tile is harder on the feet though. The exterior appears to look like balls.
