Permits have been filed for a six-story mixed-use building at 402 Manhattan Avenue in East Williamsburg, Brooklyn. Located between Meeker Avenue and Frost Street, the lot is near the Graham Avenue subway station, serviced by the L train. Daniel Kaykov of Giron Contracting Inc. is listed as the owner behind the applications.

The proposed 60-foot-tall development will yield 12,710 square feet, with 11,620 square feet designated for residential space and 1,090 square feet for community facility space. The building will have nine residences, most likely condos based on the average unit scope of 1,291 square feet. The concrete-based structure will also have a cellar, a 30-foot-long rear yard, and six open parking spaces.

Paul Lombardi of Design Studio Associates is listed as the architect of record.

Demolition permits were filed earlier this month for the parking lot on the site. An estimated completion date has not been announced.
