Permits have been filed for a four-story residential building at 103 Vanderveer Street in Bushwick, Brooklyn. Located between Bushwick Avenue and The Evergreens Cemetery, the lot is near the Bushwick Avenue-Aberdeen Street subway station, serviced by the L train. Kojo Simpson Architect is listed as the architect of record.
