Permits have been filed for a four-story mixed-use building at 1850 McDonald Avenue in Gravesend, Brooklyn. Located between Avenue P and Quentin Road, the lot is steps from the subway station, serviced by the F train. David Aboksis is listed as the owner behind the applications.

The proposed 59-foot-tall development will yield 14,535 square feet, with 9,526 square feet designated for commercial space and 5,009 square feet for community facility space. Within the steel-based structure, the top two floors and the roof will be used for an ambulatory health facility. The bottom two floors will be used for wholesale sale.

Joseph Wasserman of Edifice Drafting and Services is listed as the architect of record.

Demolition permits have not been filed yet. An estimated completion date has not been announced.
