Permits have been filed for a four-story residential building at 271 East 28th Street in East Flatbush, Brooklyn. Located on the northeast intersection of East 28th Street and Clarendon Road, the lot is near the Beverly Road subway station, serviced by the 2 and 5 trains. Oleg Ruditser of Engineering Professional Service is listed as the architect of record.
