Simone Development Companies announced a new medical lease by SightMD at One Executive Boulevard in Yonkers. Originally built in 1982, the four-story, 133,768-square-foot office building was acquired by Simone in December 2023 and is currently undergoing renovations to attract medical tenants, of which SightMD is the first.
SightMD offers access to eye care specialists in the counties surrounding New York City. The company is set to occupy 9,409 square feet in the property, which still has 48,525 square feet of medical space still available.
One Executive Boulevard, via Loopnet
One Executive Boulevard is located in Yonkers’ “Medical Mile.” It is a 22-minute walk from the Greystone MTA Station, which serves the Hudson Line Train, offering tenants easy access north up the Hudson Valley or south toward Manhattan.
