Permits have been filed for a four-story residential building at 269 Bainbridge Street in Bedford Stuyvesant, Brooklyn. Located between Patchen Avenue and Malcolm X Boulevard, the lot is near the Utica Avenue subway station, serviced by the A and C trains. Eran Greenfeld is listed as the owner behind the applications.

The proposed 40-foot-tall development will yield 4,996 square feet designated for residential space. The building will have seven residences, most likely condos based on the average unit scope of 713 square feet. The steel-based structure will also have a cellar and a 40-foot-long rear yard.

David Nagan of King David Architecture is listed as the architect of record.

Demolition permits will likely not be needed as the lot is vacant. An estimated completion date has not been announced.
