The exterior of Sutton Tower incorporates glass within an intricately carved Bavarian limestone façade. The building’s base fits in with the existing historic architecture of Sutton Place, and transitions to larger glass windows as it scales. All Sutton Tower residences have corner floor plans with a minimum of two exposures, ranging from one to five bedrooms. Select full-floor and duplex penthouse residences offer south-facing outdoor loggias with views of the East River waterfront, Manhattan skyline, and New York Harbor.

Also notable is the intimate 24-hour lobby with a doorman and concierge, hand-carved stone sculpture, The Drop, designed by Juul-Hansen, as well as the double-height atrium that overlooks a 1,300-square-foot Sculpture Garden with Reflection Pool.

  1. The Massingill Tower – “ is a one-of-a-kind property offering the sought-after combination that today’s buyers are seeking: timeless, elegantly designed homes at attractive price points in a complete, full-service condominium,”

  2. This building looks decent but is situated in a neighborhood where the price is too steep. I bet their sales aren’t doing well at their initial offering prices so they’re slashing them.

  3. I have to say the building fits so seamless into the Sutton neighborhood, I had to look at the night time photo TWICE to find it?!
    🤔🤣

  4. Wow that’s a small pool.

  5. …after a while, you just run out of wealthy people to sell these places to!

    • ..but over-building on the high end of the market is most likely going to benefit everyone except the developers of these super-fancy towers.

  6. The views are amazing in every direction because the tower is so much taller than everything else around it.

Yes, the apartments have been on the market for almost a year. The one bedroom at $1.8m is shockingly small. Even the larger apartments have a terribly small combined living/dining/kitchen room. The full floor penthouse is quite stunning, and available.
When a column must be placed within a swimming pool, you know too much has been forced into this property. With new pricing, even the wealthy like a “bargain” if they can be found.

When the payment has been made, comfort will come in the way that the residents desire. The aerial view is amazing: Thanks.
