Located between Honeywell Avenue and Daly Avenue, the lot is near the West Farms Square-East Tremont Avenue subway station, serviced by the 2 and 5 trains. Marin Hila of SHK Estate LLC is listed as the owner behind the applications.
The proposed 40-foot-tall development will yield 3,648 square feet designated for residential space. The building will have eight residences with average unit scope of 456 square feet. The steel-based structure will also have a 23-foot-long rear yard but no accessory parking.

Demolition permits have not been filed yet. An estimated completion date has not been announced.
