The affordable housing lottery has launched for 2411 64th Street, a four-story mixed-use building in Bensonhurst, Brooklyn. Designed by HPL Engineering and developed by Jun Ming Wu under the 2317 Mazal W12 LLC, the structure yields 10 residences. Available on NYC Housing Connect are three units for residents at 130 percent of the area median income (AMI), ranging in eligible income from $75,943 to $218,010.
Units feature spacious floor plans, modern finishes, and washers and dryers. Tenants are responsible for electricity and gas.
At 130 percent of the AMI, there is one one-bedroom with a monthly rent of $2,215 for incomes ranging from $75,943 to $181,740; and two two-bedrooms with a monthly rent of $2,400 for incomes ranging from $82,286 to $218,010.
Prospective renters must meet income and household size requirements to apply for these apartments. Applications must be postmarked or submitted online no later than June 28, 2024.
