Permits have been filed for a 15-story mixed-use building with affordable housing at 205 East 110th Street in East Harlem, Manhattan. Located between Second and Third Avenues, the lot is one block from the 110th Street subway station on Lexington Avenue, served by the 6 train. Elie Fouerti is listed as the owner behind the applications.
The proposed 173-foot-tall development will yield 103,885 square feet, with 90,029 square feet designated for residential space, 8,280 square feet for community facility space, and 5,576 square feet for commercial space. The building will have 84 residences, most likely condos based on the average unit scope of 1,071 square feet. The concrete-based structure will also have a cellar, multiple roof terraces, and a 41-foot-long rear yard.
Studio V Architecture is listed as the architect of record.
Demolition permits for the commercial building were filed earlier this year. An estimated completion date has not been announced.

Studio V seems to do good work. This should be a positive addition.
