Located between Baxter Street and Mulberry Street, the lot is near the Canal Street subway station, serviced by the 6, J, and Z trains. Mott & Prince Management, Inc. is listed as the owner behind the applications.

The proposed 85-foot-tall development will yield 24,993 square feet designated for office space. The concrete-based structure will also have a cellar and a 14-foot-long rear yard.

SM Tam Architect is listed as the architect of record.

Demolition permits have not been filed yet. An estimated completion date has not been announced.

    Is the address wrong or the photo?

    • The address and photo are both correct, but Google maps is wrong. It will replace the one story building next to the currently vacant site.

  2. Weirdly, the building to its left is only going to be 4 stories
