Permits have been filed to horizontally expand a three-story residential building at 76 Clinton Avenue in Clinton Hill, Brooklyn. Located between Park and Myrtle Avenues, the lot is closest to the Clinton-Washington Avenues subway station, serviced by the G train. Josh Navi of United 2441 LLC is listed as the owner behind the applications.

The proposed 30-foot-tall development will yield 9,365 square feet designated for residential space. The building will have eight residences, most likely condos based on the average unit scope of 1,004 square feet. The masonry-based structure will also have a cellar, a 40-foot-long rear yard, and five open and five enclosed parking spaces.

Gerald Caliendo Architects is listed as the architect of record.

Demolition permits will likely not be needed as the project calls for an expansion. An estimated completion date has not been announced.
