Avison Young recently arranged a 20-year deal to relocate the Classic Car Club, a private automotive club in Manhattan, to 645 11th Avenue in Hell’s Kitchen, Manhattan. The new space, which will be the organization’s new flagship clubhouse, will span more than 60,000 square feet across four floors and the roof of the historic former automotive dealership.
The new clubhouse will feature a range of member amenities, including collector car storage accommodations, co-working facilities, an expanded open kitchen, private meeting and dining rooms, lounge space, event spaces, and an open rooftop.
“Since its inception in London in 1995, Classic Car Club has been providing its members with incredible automotive experiences and adventures they would not be able to have otherwise”, said Phil Kavanagh, Classic Car Club’s CEO. “We’re excited to launch our new clubhouse where we can indulge our members with new a clubhouse and hospitality of the highest standards.”
645 11th Avenue is located one block from the West Side Highway, and will be steps from a number of attractions along Manhattan’s Hudson River waterfront, including the Intrepid Museum.
