Permits Filed for 16 Woodbine Street in Bushwick, Brooklyn

Permits have been filed for a four-story residential building at 16 Woodbine Street in Bushwick, Brooklyn. Located between Broadway and Bushwick Avenue, the lot is near the Gates Avenue subway station, serviced by the J and Z trains. Arkadiy Nagorev is listed as the owner behind the applications.

The proposed 55-foot-tall development will yield 6,335 square feet designated for residential space. The building will have eight residences, most likely condos based on the average unit scope of 1,004 square feet. The steel-based structure will also have a cellar and four enclosed parking spaces.

Queens-based Jimenez Building Consulting is listed as the architect of record.

Demolition permits have not been filed yet for the two-story structure on the site. An estimated completion date has not been announced.
