Permits have been filed for a seven-story mixed-use building at 23-29 Astoria Boulevard in Astoria, Queens. Located between 23rd Street and Crescent Street, the lot is near the Astoria Boulevard subway station, serviced by the N and W trains. Elton Lalaj of 2357 LLC is listed as the owner behind the applications.
The proposed 69-foot-tall development will yield 11,894 square feet, with 10,037 square feet designated for residential space and 1,857 square feet for commercial space. The building will have ten residences, most likely condos based on the average unit scope of 1,003 square feet. The concrete-based structure will also have a roof deck on the eighth floor and an 83-foot-long rear yard.
Anthony Cucich Architect is listed as the architect of record.
Demolition permits have not been filed yet. An estimated completion date has not been announced.
