Construction has broken ground on Livana Colts Neck, a new residential community at 7 Route 537 in Colts Neck, New Jersey. Designed by Minno & Wasko Architects and Planners and developed by Kushner, the property will yield 360 rental units across 15 buildings, along with a resident clubhouse.
The project plans to offer a variety of amenities including a fitness center and yoga studio, an outdoor swimming pool, barbecue grills, fire pits, and a dog park. It will offer units ranging from one- to three-bedroom configurations.
Livana Colts Neck is in close proximity to community parks and golf clubs, along with a variety of retail options. Construction is expected to span approximately three years with an anticipated completion date of February 2027.
“We are incredibly excited to develop the first ever luxury rental apartments in Colts Neck,” said Michael Sommer, chief development officer for Kushner. “Our team has developed a plan that respects the character of the area while delivering essential housing and an upscale lifestyle that aligns with the beauty of this location. We are committed to ensuring that this project enhances the community and provides lasting value for current and future residents.”

It’s Not Welcomed. The County Roads and Water supply cannot handle more development. Stop exploding our Resources
Truly disgusting and totally unnecessary to cut down all the trees like that.
You think trees arent cut down all the time for homes ???? Stop !!!!
Look at alllllllll that asphalt.
I would love to see you build one of these complexes next to your multi million dollar home. There’s no train, bus and one supermarket. Great job destroying our small town. Jarad, your company should be ashamed of themselves for pushing this through when all signs pointed to a possible future catastrophe.
Just passed the site yesterday, I got sick looking at it..the infrastructure cannot handle it. No matter what the developer is proposing to do.
Shame on you for destroying our town. The Colts Neck Mayor and Zoning Board should be voted out to send a clear message that this should be stopped. You should all look at your children and apologize for destroying their homes and communities. Great work.
