Designed by NY Building Associates Inc. and developed by Developing NY State, the structures yield 193 residences. Available on NYC Housing Connect are 59 units for residents at 80 to 130 percent of the area median income (AMI), ranging in eligible income from $63,155 to $218,010.

Residential amenities include pet-friendly policies, a garage, bike storage lockers, a shared laundry room, gym, recreation room, and rooftop terrace. Tenants are responsible for electricity including stove and heat.
At 80 percent of the AMI, there are three studios with a monthly rent of $1,757 for incomes ranging from $63,155 to $99,440; 26 one-bedrooms with a monthly rent of $1,875 for incomes ranging from $67,612 to $111,840; and eight two-bedrooms with a monthly rent of $2,232 for incomes ranging from $80,915 to $134,160.
At 130 percent of the AMI, there are five studios with a monthly rent of $3,105 for incomes ranging from $106,458 to $161,590; 13 one-bedrooms with a monthly rent of $3,317 for incomes ranging from $113,726 to $181,740; and 34 two-bedrooms with a monthly rent of $3,963 for incomes ranging from $135,875 to $218,010.
Prospective renters must meet income and household size requirements to apply for these apartments. Applications must be postmarked or submitted online no later than October 28, 2024.
