Construction has commenced at 14-16 Skyline Drive, the site of a two-building industrial development at the Mid-Westchester Executive Park in Hawthorne, Westchester County. Developed by the Robert Martin Company (RMC), the adjacent buildings will yield more than 71,000 square feet of flexible space.
Construction is being overseen by RMC’s in-house team, led by executive vice president Damian Finley, and is expected to conclude in Q3 of 2025.

RMC has signed nearly 300,000 square feet of new leases and renewals at its properties in Westchester this year. Notable leases include Los Niños Services, Emigrant Bank, Precision Switchboard, and WestCOP. The diversity of tenants reflects the broad appeal of RMC’s flex-industrial park portfolio.
“Robert Martin has been an integral part of the Town of Mount Pleasant since the late 1960s by building millions of square feet of commercial space, which benefits taxpayers,” said Town of Mount Pleasant Town Supervisor Carl Fulgenzi. “We do appreciate Robert Martin’s investment in the Town of Mount Pleasant and we look forward to working with them.”
