51 Irving Place, a seven-story rental building in Gramercy Park, Manhattan, recently unveiled a rebrand to Anagram Gramercy. Built in 1969, the property is currently managed by Global Holdings, and is the third residential property under Global’s Anagram brand, with more planned for the future.
Anagram Gramercy yields 56 units in studio to two-bedroom layouts, all of which are currently leased. The property also offers a variety of amenities, including a 24/7 virtual doorman, an entry courtyard, and in-house laundry services.
“Learning from our success from luxury residential developments in the city that include 15 Central Park West, Greenwich Lane, and 520 Park, we see that the Anagram brand is synonymous with quality, offering a coveted lifestyle in idyllic locations where demand and rental prices are at a record high,” said Eyal Ofer, chairman of Global Holdings. “Anagram Gramercy specifically offers a blend of historic charm and modern luxury. The addition of this property to our Anagram portfolio marks our continued commitment to delivering premier residential experiences in New York and beyond.”
Transit near the property includes the N, Q, R, W, L, 4, 5, and 6 trains.
