Permits have been filed for a five-story residential building at 135 Woodbine Street in Bushwick, Brooklyn. Located between Central Avenue and Evergreen Avenue, the lot is near the Knickerbocker Avenue subway station, served by the M train. Tyrone Thompson-El of Roy Coleman Trust is listed as the owner behind the applications.

The proposed 48-foot-tall development will yield 6,501 square feet designated for residential space. The building will have nine residences, most likely rentals based on the average unit scope of 722 square feet. The steel-based structure will also have a cellar and a 30-foot-long rear yard.

Chi Wai Chung of Prime Zone Building Consulting is listed as the architect of record.

Demolition permits were filed in July for the two-story structure on the site. An estimated completion date has not been announced.
