The affordable housing lottery has launched for 150 Noll Street, a five-story mixed-use building in Bushwick, Brooklyn. Designed by RSLN Architecture and developed by Yechiel Stern under the Noll Street Realty USA LLC, the structure yields 78 residences. Available on NYC Housing Connect are 25 units for residents at 130 percent of the area median income (AMI), ranging in eligible income from $125,520 to $250,380.
Amenities include pet-friendly policies, a dog washing station, garage with electric vehicle charging stations, bike storage lockers, a shared laundry room, gym, yoga and dance studio, playroom, media room, elevators, gated access, package lockers, business center, storage, and rooftop terrace. Units come equipped with dishwashers, intercoms, air conditioning, high-speed internet, and name-brand kitchen appliances, countertops, and finishes. Tenants are responsible for electricity.
At 130 percent of the AMI, there are 20 one-bedrooms with a monthly rent of $3,661 for incomes ranging from $125,520 to $181,740; four two-bedrooms with a monthly rent of $4,376 for incomes ranging from $150,035 to $218,010; and one three-bedroom with a monthly rent of $5,039 for incomes ranging from $172,766 to $250,380.
Prospective renters must meet income and household size requirements to apply for these apartments. Applications must be postmarked or submitted online no later than February 13, 2024.
