Permits have been filed to expand a three-story structure into a four-story mixed-use building at 193 Graham Avenue in Williamsburg, Brooklyn. Located at the intersection of Scholes Street and Graham Avenue, the lot is near the Grand Street subway station, served by the L train. Yehuda Kohn of City Framers is listed as the owner behind the applications.

The proposed 41-foot-tall development will yield 8,419 square feet, with 7,046 square feet designated for residential space, 1,159 square feet for commercial space, and 214 square feet for community facility space. The building will have ten residences, most likely rentals based on the average unit scope of 704 square feet. The masonry-based structure will also have a cellar.

Leandro Nils Dickson Architect is listed as the architect of record.

Demolition permits will likely not be needed as the project calls for a vertical and horizontal expansion. An estimated completion date has not been announced.
