The proposed 119-foot-tall development will yield 26,846 square feet, with 26,646 square feet designated for residential space and 200 square feet for commercial space. The building will have 39 residences, most likely rentals based on the average unit scope of 683 square feet. The concrete-based structure will also have a cellar but no accessory parking spaces.

Demolition permits were filed in September. An estimated completion date has not been announced.

  1. Astoria- not

  2. The USPS may have considered this Astoria but this is the heart of LIC.

  3. Wow. I have to concur. Not even close to Astoria. For a real estate website this is a huge oversight. Why hasn’t it been corrected yet?
