Permits have been filed for an eight-story mixed-use building at 711 Grand Street in Williamsburg, Brooklyn. Located between Manhattan Avenue and Graham Avenue, the lot is closest to Metropolitan Avenue-Lorimer Street subway station, served by the G and L trains. Idan Magen of Irving at Decatur is listed as the owner behind the applications.

The proposed 85-foot-tall development will yield 28,668 square feet, with 24,702 square feet designated for residential space and 3,965 square feet for commercial space. The building will have 21 residences, most likely condos based on the average unit scope of 1,176 square feet. The concrete-based structure will also have a cellar and an 85-foot-long rear yard.

Issac & Stern Architects is listed as the architect of record.

Demolition permits will likely not be needed as the lot is vacant. An estimated completion date has not been announced.
