Closings begin this summer for 200 East 75th Street on the Upper East Side. EJS Group, developer of the 18-story residential building recently announced the condo development has secured $190 million in sales with over 70 percent of the residences sold. Designed by Beyer Blinder Belle Architects with interiors by Yellow House Architects, the boutique building has 36 residences and a current lifestyle amenity package. Construction is almost complete and only a limited number of residences remain available.

    Two bedrooms start at $3.2, three bedrooms at $4.9 and four bedrooms at $5.9. Most all are in contract. The want for this housing type continues.

  4. Looking back at last update, I wish the brick was slightly lighter, as in the rendering. The darker brick makes the white trim a little too contrasty, if that’s a word. Just nitpicking—seems like a lovely place!
