Designed by Beyer Blinder Belle Architects with interiors by Yellow House Architects, the boutique building has 36 residences and a current lifestyle amenity package. Construction is almost complete and only a limited number of residences remain available.

This is a nice property, and prices are reasonable for what it is.
Which is probably why over 70% of the apartments are sold before the construction is even completed.
Two bedrooms start at $3.2, three bedrooms at $4.9 and four bedrooms at $5.9. Most all are in contract. The want for this housing type continues.
I’ll sleep on the patio
Looking back at last update, I wish the brick was slightly lighter, as in the rendering. The darker brick makes the white trim a little too contrasty, if that’s a word. Just nitpicking—seems like a lovely place!
