Permits have been filed for a four-story residential building at 293 East 207th Street in Norwood, The Bronx. Located between Bainbridge Avenue and Perry Avenue, the lot is near the Norwood subway station, served by the D train. Egris Haxhari of H20 LLC is listed as the owner behind the applications.
The proposed 38-foot-tall development will yield 6,628 square feet designated for residential space. The building will have 11 residences, most likely rentals based on the average unit scope of 602 square feet. The concrete-based structure will also have a cellar, penthouse, and a 29-foot-long rear yard.
Fred Geremia Architects & Planners is listed as the architect of record.
Demolition permits will likely not be needed as the lot is vacant. An estimated completion date has not been announced.
