Permits have been filed for a four-story mixed-use building at 75-02 211 Quentin Road in Gravesend, Brooklyn. Located between West 13th Street and Stillwell Avenue, the lot is near the Kings Highway subway station, served by the N trains. Eugene Huang is listed as the owner behind the applications.
The proposed 53-foot-tall development will yield 15,927 square feet, with 15,533 square feet designated for residential space and 394 square feet for community facility space. The building will have 23 residences, most likely rentals based on the average unit scope of 675 square feet. The concrete-based structure will also have a cellar and 18 open parking spaces.
S M Tam Architect is listed as the architect of record.
Demolition permits have not been filed yet. An estimated completion date has not been announced.
