Permits have been filed for a 14-story residential building at 120 East 167th Street in Highbridge, The Bronx. Located between Walton Avenue and Grand Concourse, the lot is near the 167th Street subway station, served by the B and D trains. Paul Durgaj of Durgaj Properties Corp. is listed as the owner behind the applications.

The proposed 128-foot-tall development will yield 61,479 square feet designated for residential space. The building will have 98 residences, most likely rentals based on the average unit scope of 627 square feet. The masonry-based structure will also have a cellar but no accessory parking.

Jakov Saric of Node Architecture, Engineering, Consulting, PC is listed as the architect of record.

Demolition permits have not been filed yet. An estimated completion date has not been announced.

  2. This is NOT Highbridge, which is a very distinct area starting West of Jerome Ave., up a hill.

    As with anything near the Concourse, this is also very near the 4 subway line.
