Permits have been filed for a seven-story mixed-use building at 563 Brooklyn Avenue in East Flatbush, Brooklyn. Located between Maple Street and Midwood Street, the lot is near the Sterling Street subway station, served by the 2 and 5 trains. Leonid Bogomolniy of 563 Brooklyn Ave LLC is listed as the owner behind the applications.
The proposed 75-foot-tall development will yield 15,215 square feet, with 11,999 square feet designated for residential space and 3,216 square feet for community facility space. The building will have 12 residences, most likely condos based on the average unit scope of 999 square feet. The steel-based structure will also have a cellar, a 29-foot-long rear yard, seven open parking spaces, and seven enclosed parking spaces.
Zarina Kindo of Kindo Holdings LLC is listed as the architect of record.
Demolition permits have not been filed yet. An estimated completion date has not been announced.
