New permits have been filed for a 13-story residential building at 91 East 111th Street in East Harlem, Manhattan. Located between Park and Madison Avenues, the lot is one block from the 110th Street subway station, served by the 6 train. Zev Mayer is listed as the owner behind the applications.
The proposed 124-foot-tall development will yield 27,761 square feet designated for residential space. The building will have 41 residences, most likely rentals based on the average unit scope of 677 square feet. The steel-based structure will also have a cellar.
Kao Hwa Lee Architects is listed as the architect of record.
Demolition permits will likely not be needed as the lot is vacant. An estimated completion date has not been announced.

Its amazing how many open lots there are in Harlem.
It really is, and even more are being created. Glad a few are finally being used.
A very tiny site, but the adjacent community garden means the long lot line can have windows overlooking Metro North.
