Permits have been filed for a five-story residential building at 255 Bristol Street in Brownsville, Brooklyn. Located at the intersection of Blake Avenue Dumont Avenue, the lot is near the Rockaway Avenue subway station, served by the 3 train. Beverly Noel is listed as the owner behind the applications.
The proposed 53-foot-tall development will yield 7,982 square feet designated for residential space. The building will have 12 residences, most likely rentals based on the average unit scope of 665 square feet. The concrete-based structure will also have a cellar and a 30-foot-long rear yard.
Antonio Di Oronzo of Bluarch LLC is listed as the architect of record.
Demolition permits have not been filed yet. An estimated completion date has not been announced.
