Available on NYC Housing Connect are nine units for residents at 130 percent of the area median income (AMI), ranging in eligible income from $135,360 to $227,500.

Residences are equipped with dishwashers, air conditioning, hardwood floors, intercoms, and name-brand kitchen countertops and finishes. Tenants are responsible for electricity, including stove, heat, and hot water.

At 130 percent of the AMI, there are four one-bedrooms with a monthly rent of $3,700 for incomes ranging from $135,360 to $189,540, and five two-bedrooms with a monthly rent of $4,349 for incomes ranging from $162,446 to $227,500.

  2. Nothing affordable for low-middle incomes in this area for decades . My old neighborhood has changed drastically.,
